Based in Oklahoma City, we make small-batch kimchi using real ingredients and time-honored Korean fermentation methods. No shortcuts. No artificial flavors. No compromises.
What we do is simple—but never rushed. We start with fresh napa cabbage and carefully selected vegetables, prepare our seasoning by hand, and let time do what it does best.
We are three people working side by side—a shared table, shared values, and shared responsibility for every jar we make.
From preparing raw ingredients to presenting the finished kimchi, every step happens under our direct care.
